What is snuba?

An introduction

Snuba is a new way for people young and old to experience the thrill of diving. It takes the simplicity of snorkeling and adds the excitement and freedom of scuba diving to create a rapidly growing and popular way to explore our underwater world.
The unique patented shallow diving system means a lot of the physical strain of conventional diving is removed - with no need for the diver to wear heavy cumbersome equipment.

Whilst snuba diving your air supply remains on the surface - floating on a raft or pontoon whilst you breath from a 20ft long air line.
Every Snuba tour is guided by a certified Snuba diving professional. Your guide will familiarize you with the Snuba equipment you will be using and briefly describe what you can expect in the water. You will start in shallow water and take whatever time necessary to get comfortable breathing underwater. Once comfortable, you are then taken on a guided underwater tour.

During the dive you are never more than 20 feet from the security of the raft floating on the surface. You will get the feeling that you are swimming in an aquarium surrounded by tropical fish.
